Health Advocate is a benefit available to full-time Power Design employees and their families. Health Advocate
is designed to help handle health care and insurance-related issues. The Personal Health Advocate is a trained
professional, typically a registered nurse, who understands the intricacies of the health care system and how to
navigate through it. Personal Health Advocates work with medical directors and with a team of administrative
experts who handle claims, benefits, grievances and paperwork issues.

Contacting Health Advocate (on the website, type “Power Design” as your organization):
Whenever you or a family member encounter a health care or insurance issue, all you have to do is call Health Advocate at 1.866.695.8622 for assistance. There is no enrollment form for this program to complete at this time. When you call Health Advocate and require service, they may ask you to complete a medical information release form.
