What is the Power Design performance management process?

• Performance reviews are conducted via Workday, our online people platform. New office employees will receive reviews at either 90 days (non-managerial positions) or 180 days (managerial positions), and annual reviews will take place in Q2 each year. Field reviews in the system are in progress.
• Workday can be accessed by clicking on the button in Okta.
• All employees can use Workday to access employee profiles and a company org chart.
