The intent of the Project Dashboard is to host the project plan visible to all team members, create transparency across all team members and hold team members accountable.

The Project Dashboard promotes Project Team cohesion through:

Shared goal: a successful project
Transparency: everyone knows how the project is doing & what needs to be done
Accountability: raise issues and work as a team to resolve in a timely manner
