What is the ACE program?

The Answering the Call for Excellence (ACE) Award Program is a recognition program for those employees who demonstrate our core values: integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth.

“ACE” is our visual representation of our values and a constant reminder to Answer the Call for Excellence through our values daily.

How do I nominate someone for an ACE award?

Whenever you witness an employee demonstrating one of our core values, you can nominate them for an ACE Award in rave, our social recognition tool. Power Design conducts quarterly drawings in which all nominated team members, and those who nominated them, will be entered.

Anyone can submit a team member for recognition, and to do so simply login to your Okta account, click on the rave tile and start raving!
