Who should I contact for systems/applications support?

For help with file storage (H: drive, S: drive, etc.), hardware issues (computer, mobile device), Internet connection, email, applications (Oracle, OBIEE, DocuClass, Okta, BPM, etc.), and anything else, contact PDI HelpDesk by sending an email.

What should I include?

When contacting PDI HelpDesk for support, include a few brief details about your computer issues, like what you’re not able to do, what you were doing when it broke, and how long you’ve been experiencing the issue. A tech at PDI HelpDesk will reach out to you for more information and address the issue.

What does Logistics do?

Logistics, located in the FUSE building, is an extension of our IT team. The Logistics window is available to get job plans printed, items shipped, computer hardware delivered and new hires set up.

Printing:

Both small and large format jobs are printed by the Logistics department. Fill out the Print Request Form and submit to Logistics.

Faxes:

A fax machine is available for use next to the Operations printer in the CORE building. You must dial 9 before the number and 9-1-xxx-xxx-xxxx for non-local numbers.

eFax is also available through Logistics, simply contact Logistics with your material to be faxed.

Office Supplies:

Office supplies are available at all print stations around the GRID. The nearest print station will be mapped on your computer when you arrive.

If you need additional office supplies not available at the print station, contact Logistics to see if we carry the item.

Hardware/Assets:

For any hardware or asset needs, including both office and field devices, contact or stop by Logistics.

Logistics will order all new hires their business cards to be ready when you begin. They’re also in charge of business card replenishment, contact for any changes to your cards or to order replacements.
