What is the Power Design dress code policy?

Always dress for success! By dressing in professional, business casual attire, you’re showing that you take pride in representing the company through your attire.

Jobsite Dress Code Requirements:

 Office Environment – General Requirements:

  •  Every employee is required to have and wear the following apparel when on a job site.
  • Power Design shirt and/or outerwear with sleeves.
  • Power Design hardhat, with full name (no nicknames) printed on front and back.
  • Power Design safety vest.
  • Safety glasses; must meet OSHA requirements.
  • Long pants.
  • Boots; no steel toe or soft sole.
  • Clothing should be clean and pressed.
  • Shoes should be professional, polished and well maintained.
  • Hair should be clean, combed, and neatly trimmed or arranged.
  • Fragrances should be used in moderation and with fellow co-workers in mind.
  • Makeup and accessories should maintain professionalism.
  • Visible undergarments and spaghetti/tank tops are not allowed.
  • Unconventional hair colors are not allowed.
  • Hats or headwear are not allowed.
  • Visible tattoos or facial piercings are not allowed.

 Other Tips:

  • Casual t-shirts, shorts and flip-flops are only allowed on designated dress-down days.
  • Denim pants/jeans (regardless of color) are only allowed on Fridays.

  • Access Power Wear through Okta and click on the Power Wear tile
  • Okta should allow you to automatically sign in with one click. If you are prompted to log in, please use the following credentials:

Username: Your PDI email address

Password: The last four numbers of your social security number
