WHAT PDI SYSTEMS/TOOLS CAN I ACCESS REMOTELY?
• You can access the PDI network drives (like 02. AWARDED), files, websites (PM and Super Websites) and applications remotely through VPN.
• You can also access many sites and applications through Okta. Okta will automatically log you in to the sites using your username and password and you won’t need to utilize VPN as shown below.
HOW DO I USE THE VPN?
• To download and connect to the Power Design Virtual Private Network (VPN) on your PDI-issued laptop, please follow these instructions.

HOW CAN I ACCESS MY FILES REMOTELY?
• You can access files remotely using Egnyte! To access Egnyte files with the Egnyte Connect app, please follow these instructions.

HOW DO I RECEIVE CALLS WHEN WORKING REMOTE?
• Install Jabber on your mobile device! Get instructions for iOS devices and Android devices.
• You can forward your calls via Jabber! To learn how, please follow these instructions.
HOW DO I HOST VIRTUAL MEETINGS?
• Microsoft Teams is our official platform for virtual corporate meetings. You can use it to easily hold virtual meetings, chat with co-workers, and collaborate with your teams.
