MAINTENANCE

IT Planned Bimonthly Maintenance is currently scheduled for the second Friday of every month (10pm – 6am) and the fourth Wednesday of every month (10pm-2am).

Employees will no longer receive notification earlier in the week to alert them of Maintenance. There will be signage in the office each month listing the dates of maintenance for the current month.

 

What will be unavailable?

During Maintenance, all the following applications will be unavailable during our planned downtime:

Email, Egnyte, Hyperion, APEX, Oracle and OBIEE

All network drives including S: and W: will also be unavailable.
