What is Power Design’s mission statement, and what are our values?

Power Design is a unique, highly professional, and efficient full service national electrical subcontractor. We are committed to being the best. Both our mission statement and our values were developed with input from our employees and executive staff.

Where can I find more information about Power Design’s company goals?

We utilize the 4 Disciplines of Execution (4Dx) principles to achieve our Wildly Important Goals (WIGs).

• Wildly Important Goal (WIG): A goal that makes all the difference. Failure to achieve this goal renders any other achievements secondary.


Our 2020 WIG:
Hold the line to achieve shield projects GP goal by 12/31/2020.

 

Our 2020 Sub-WIG:
≥ 90% of shield projects will receive PDI support to achieve no more than one red on the dashboard per month.
