How do I use the office phone system?

We chosen simple Cisco desk phones to make the experience of user for PDI employees as easy as possible. These phones are set up for you when you arrive, all you have to do is set your voicemail greeting following the steps below. Cisco desk phones integrate with Jabber on your computer to allow you more control and functionality.

Quick Tips:

• To dial a phone number outside of the building, you must first dial “9.”

• Your voicemail password is 123456 and must not change.

• To change your voicemail greeting, push the button with the envelope/cassette on it, enter your password, and follow the prompts.
