Accubid is a Trimble suite of software including Accubid, Change Order Pro, and LiveCount. They’re used to seamlessly translate data from one task to another and reduce data re-entry in our bid process and the following redesign.

The tool allows our estimating data to be used to develop bids; becoming the foundation for the rest of our construction workflow, reducing rework. Accubid also pulls in the latest market price data on materials so we’re able to make the most accurate bids with up to date information.

• The Estimating team uses Accubid LiveCount and ChangeOrder during bids and construction estimates.
• Preconstruction uses Accubid LiveCount and ChangeOrder while completing redesign.
• Members of the Operations team use Accubid LiveCount and ChangeOrder to validate the construction estimate and to perform change orders.
