Bid Process Management (BPM) is used by our Estimating, Business Development, and Operations department to track and check on the status of bids. Projects and possible projects live in BPM prior to being awarded to PDI. BPM provides data on the overall profitability of a job, the percentage chance of being awarded the job, building renderings, and other important documents to give our teams the edge they need to be successful.

BPM contains a wide variety of information on jobs, companies, contacts, and other entities that conduct business with PDI. Each job goes through various bid rounds to track progress in obtaining jobs. Once the job has been awarded, information that has been entered into BPM is used to initiate project start notifications and prepare the Coordination and Operations teams for work to begin.
