Field Portal

The Field Portal Labor Management application allows the Project Manager to build and maintain planned hourly labor commitments by creating Room/Activities below WBS tasks and adding planned hours to each Room/Activity.

Supers use the application to assign tasks for the week to their team based on the Rooms/Activities created by the PM. Foremen on site will code time for themselves and their hourly workers to the correct activities. Field Portal is a mobile-friendly site, allowing Superintendents to manage labor production using their iPad!
