What’s rave all about?
It’s a platform for recognizing achievements, values and excellence. It’s a way for you to recognize members of the #PDIFamily for outstanding performance and everyday excellence and demonstrating our values (ACE).
It’s a recognition network designed so that everyone can recognize one another and share in the #PDILife. And you can recognize anyone at any time, and see all recognitions in the newsfeed!
What about the points?
As a member of rave, you can accumulate points to redeem for merchandise, swag, gift cards, experiences, tickets and more in the catalog! You’ll automatically get 500 points just for logging on to your account! You can also receive points on milestone work anniversaries and when a manager awards you points.
So ACE is now in rave?
Yup! Not much as changed though. Recognizing someone for demonstrating a core value is now easier and more visible. Learn more about our ACE program.
What about anniversaries?
As of August 10th, 2018, all work anniversaries are being recognized through rave. That means you’ll receive points on your anniversary instead of a gift card.
