- PDI Cucumber Gimlet: 2 oz Gin or Vodka, 0.5 oz Simple Syrup, 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice 2 oz Fresh Cucumber
- Slice cucumbers and muddle together with simple syrup and lime juice.
- Strain into a cocktail shaker over ice.
- Add your favorite gin or vodka to the shaker (Use Hendrick’s Gin to really bring out that cucumber flavor!).
- Shake, shake, shake until all ingredients are cold!
- Strain into your martini glass.
- Espresso Martini: 1 oz Espresso/Cold Brew, 2 oz Vodka, 0.5 oz Coffee-flavored Liqueur, 0.5 oz Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup (0.5 cup Sugar, 0.5 cup Water, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract)
- Make the simple syrup.
- Combine espresso/cold brew (Illy is recommended), vodka, coffee-flavored liqueur (Kahlua), and your home-made simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake!
- Strain into your martini glass.
- PDI Cucumber Gimlet: 2 oz Gin or Vodka, 0.5 oz Simple Syrup, 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice 2 oz Fresh Cucumber
