Accessing Workday
- Log into Workday via Okta.
- Search “Org Chart” from the search bar to access the organizational chart.
- To navigate, click the “up” arrows or on any manager with “directs” to move around the chart. You man also type in the individuals name and click on their org chart under their profile picture.
Who should I contact for support?
PDI HelpDesk
Supplies and provides support for hardware requirements including computers, phones, air cards etc.
Applications include: Microsoft, web conferencing, Egnyte, Sophos
Accounting
Manages expenses, vendor payments and invoices, and company assets.
Applications include: Concur
Logistics
Prints and ships documents and drawings, creates and sends job boxes, maintains company office supplies.
Applications include: Planwell, Staples, FedEx
Payroll
Receives and processes biweekly pay and time cards including salary and title changes (with the SOURCE), deductions and taxes.
Applications include: Ceridian
The SOURCE
Handles employee relations, events, benefits/comp., rewards programs, training, worker’s comp., safety, and talent acquisition.
Applications include: Power Up Performance, Power Wear, Taleo
Operations Training Dept.
Provides project management and field supervision training as well as support websites.
Applications include: Best Practices, PM website and Super websites
